Teamwork is essential in an organization to ensure that a team exhibits productivity. According to Duvall (2011), a leader should provide all the necessary conditions to ensure that teamwork facilitates the realization of set goals. Collaboration brings forth creativity and innovativeness courtesy of the diverse thoughts from the members of various teams. A leader has an obligation of ensuring teamwork is promoted.
