Importance of a Healthy Workspace Environment Memorandum

You are working in the Human Resources department of a local company, you noted complaints by some employees of a very uncomfortable work space and creatively came up with the below ideas to make the cubicle space be a happier more productive area.

• Select a product or service that you currently own (or use) and a country that you’re not familiar with. You are encouraged to select a product or service that is unique and innovative.

Imagine that you are with the international sales department of the company that manufactures and sells the item (or service) that you are proposing to make or introduce in the country you have selected.

The first step is to learn as much as possible about the country where you plan to market the product.  Check almanacs, encyclopedias, the Internet, and library databases for the most recent information, paying particular attention to descriptions of the social life of the inhabitants, their economic conditions, and cultural traditions that encourage or discourage use of the product or service.

Conduct a literature review on the issue of Emerging threats and Countermeasures, and the security issues companies face today, and possibly in the future. Discuss countermeasure that have been proposed and evaluate their effectiveness. You are to review the literature on Emerging threats and Countermeasures and discuss problems and gaps that have been identified in the literature. You will expand on the issue and how researchers have attempted to examine that issue by collecting data – you are NOT collecting data, just reporting on how researchers did their collection. Methodology: What approach did the researcher use, qualitative, quantitative, survey, case study? Describe the population that was chosen.

Data Analysis: What were some of the findings, for example, if there were any hypotheses asked, were they supported?

Conclusions: What was the conclusion of any data collections, e.g., were research questions answered, were hypotheses supported?

Discussion: Here you can expand on the research and what the big picture means, how do the results found in your literature review help organizations with the security threats they face. What do you see as long-term impacts and what further research could be done in the field?
