The attached file is a case study on Kodak, which at one time lead the world in photographic imaging. Today, Kodak’s business is vastly different than it was during its prime and even as of 10 years ago.
You are to write a plan Kodak should have taken. You will need to do the following:
1. Conduct a SWOT analysis.
2. Summarize the technological developments which threatened Kodak’s traditional business.
3. Detail the developments with Kodak’s traditional competitors and the company’s who would become new competitors.
4. What actions should Kodak have taken in order to remain the world leader in consumer imaging. Be specific……no generalities.
