What is the difference between a verse and stanza?
since I have been asked o expand m answer I will. when you are writing a poem you have stanzas and verse ill give an example
EXAMPLE:
i called for you and you didn’t answer you said you would be there any and every time you told me you love me but do you really? iv always expected the best from you I didn’t know there could be a worst
the entire thing is a stanza but if you were to just say “I called for you and you didn’t answer” it would be a verse
